Project Details

An existing, seldom used uPVC conservatory is to be removed and replaced by a new extension incorporating a large kitchen, dining and entertaining area all naturally lit via bi-folding screen doors and new skylight roof glazing.

A separate dedicated utility area is separated from this main "feature" space. A downstairs shower and family room are created by converting the existing garage to suit the specific requirements of the client.

In addition, a 2 storey option was developed to provide additional bedroom space.
