Conversion of a derelict outbuildings previously used as a workshop into residential use including an en-suite bedroom, WC & gymnasium. This was facilitated by creating a new lobby linking it to the existing single storey side extension to the main house. Works also included a new permeable driveway covered by a bespoke oak car port & a new granite courtyard.

• Consultation meeting held with client to discuss aspirations and ideas.
  
• Preliminary design ideas presented with options.
• Designs finalised and submitted for full Planning permission and Building Regulations approval.
• Statutory approvals obtained.
• Site supervision & Contract administration.
• Site completed
