The old small brick building was transformed into a sensitively designed, modern oak pavilion complementing the beautiful vista of the coastal surroundings.
The project was a finalist in the 2016 Northern Regional LABC Building Excellence Awards in the categories of "Best Public Service Building" & "Best Small Commercial Building"
